It's version Great Suspender version 7.1.0 on the windows machine, and I'm afraid to update it on my MacBook. I can't see any way except manually whitelist sites and don't trust that they'll be synced. Also, the whitelisted items were not synced. On the Windows one, there is a link to show the page, but not to add it to the white list. I've been using Great suspender on Chrom on a MacBook for some time, and just started using Chrome on windows. My concern was that it was no longer easier to add a URL to the whitelist, but if the option to show thegreatsuspender in the context menu is set, then one can easily do it from there. It was a coincidence that one was on the Mac and one was on Windows.
The difference was a difference in the version of thegreatsuspender.
